With more than one million streams across multiple platforms and a #7 spot in the viral top 50 in Germany, the music producer FutureShape has shown, what he is capable of in the studio. This young guy from the Netherlands started some years ago focussing on mainly EDM, Future and Deep House. Energy is what FutureShape stands for. His real name is Jeffrey Hoenderdos and his interest in the music started already in his younger years as he started playing the piano when he was 11 years old. He has a very special recognisable style with great melodies based mainly in evolving plucks and atmospheres and his almost 20.000 listeners every month on Spotify can confirm that.
FutureShape is a well known music producer on our label. In 2019 we discovered one of his songs in some big Spotify playlist and we loved the energy of the track. Since then, and as we do with many other quality independent music producers, we have given and continue to give our support to many of their songs by regularly adding them to some of our most popular playlists. Roberto Marín Muñoz, the number one music producer of our record label, has been in private contact with him for several months through Instagram. From that conversations came the idea of collaborating on a remix of a well-known song by the latter. The result is the new version of Time Warp recently released under our label and available on all major music platforms with unprecedented initial success. FutureShape has managed to give its own interpretation to Roberto’s song in the very specific FutureShape style but at the same time respecting the initial song ideas. With this version “Time Warp (FutureShape Remix)” has reached a level of quality and a very interesting aspect that makes you want to listen to it over and over again.
